on Craig
Dremann's scale.
A rating of 1 - 99 means that the pepper is spicy to mildly hot.
The rating means one ounce of the pepper will make that many ounces
of sauce detectably hot. Most of the large-fruited roasting peppers
from the Soutwest United States and Mexico are in this range.
